I research the funders worth your time and build a prioritized grant calendar: who to apply to, what they fund, and when each deadline lands. You get a clear plan instead of a scramble, and nothing fundable slips through.
I write the proposals
I draft the full proposal, the budget, and the narrative, written from the funder's side of the table so it answers what reviewers actually weigh. You review every word before anything is submitted, well ahead of the deadline.
We keep it moving
On a retainer, your pipeline runs on a schedule. Each month I handle the research, the writing, and the deadlines, and send a short plain-English brief so you always know where your funding stands.

Intake
A short call and a simple intake form. You share your mission, your programs, and what you are hoping to fund. No long questionnaire.
Onboarding
I gather what I need once, set up your funder shortlist and calendar, and agree the scope and cost with you in writing before any billable work starts.
First deliverable
Your first proposal, letter of inquiry, or funder plan, drafted with the budget and narrative and handed to you for review well ahead of the deadline.
Reporting
A short, plain update on where your funding stands, what went out, and what is next. You always know the state of your pipeline.
