This policy explains what information this website collects, how I use it, and the choices you have. It applies to cristalfinleygrantwriting.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, you choose to share your name, your organization, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. That message comes to me directly and is saved in my client records and my grants inbox so I can reply and, if we work together, do the work. To book a call, the site sends you to a Google appointment page, where Google handles the scheduling. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person and not an automated bot. The site also uses Google Analytics to collect basic, non-identifying usage data, such as which pages are visited.
How I use your information
I use what you share to respond to your inquiry, to discuss and provide grant-writing services, and to run this business. I do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it for anyone else's marketing. A small number of service providers help me run the site and my work: Cloudflare (spam protection on the contact form), Google (the appointment page for booking calls, and Google Analytics), and my website host and email provider. They process your information only to provide those services and are expected to protect it.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, which may set cookies in your browser. The Google appointment page and the contact form's spam protection may also set cookies needed to work. You can block or remove cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as I need it to respond and provide services, and as needed for ordinary business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, through the contact page. I will respond promptly.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for organizations and adults. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
